Peripatetical is one project with more than one product, and each product has its own terms and its own privacy policy. This page is the index: it tells you which document covers what, and links to it. Nothing on this page is itself a term or a policy — it only points at the ones that are.

peripatetical.com — these marketing pages, the product pages, and the waitlist form.

• Terms of Use — what you may do with this site, and what the waitlist does and does not commit either of us to.
• Privacy Policy — what this site stores if you join the waitlist, and how to have it deleted.
• Security — how this site and the systems behind it are built and kept.

Those two documents cover this site only. They say so themselves, and they are not the terms for any product below. If you are paying for something, the document that governs your purchase is the product's own, not this site's.

The products

Each product presents its own terms and privacy policy before you can sign up or subscribe, and those are the documents that bind. Both products are in early access behind sign-in today, so the links below will ask you to sign in until they open publicly.

CloudMonitor

Cloud posture and expiry monitoring. It reads your cloud accounts, so its terms and its privacy policy both cover materially more than this site's do — in particular the credentials you give it and what it does with them.

Signing in

Sign-in for every product runs through the Peripatetical account service atauth.peripatetical.com, which holds your email address, your name if you gave one, and a record of your sign-ins. Each product's privacy policy describes what that service stores on its behalf.

Paying

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are collected by Stripe directly and are never received or stored by Peripatetical. What you are buying, what it costs, when it renews and how to cancel are set out in the terms of the product you are subscribing to — linked above — and in what you are shown at checkout before you pay.
